NRG Store is an award winning, online marketplace. We stock thousands of different products from many different domestic and international suppliers. We operate from 4 warehouses in the UK, and 1 in Ireland.
How does the global coronavirus pandemic effect deliveries?
Due to unprecedented demand, we’re experiencing shortages for some items and longer delivery times than usual. We apologize and are working hard to restock as quickly and safely as possible. We are also taking longer than usual to respond to customers due to the current global coronavirus situation and we thank you for your patience.
All of our deliveries are doorstep only*, and contact-free. Please bear with us, due to high demand we are currently experiencing longer delivery times than normal. We are very grateful to our customers for their patience during this time.
Delivery lead-times are being affected due to operational constraints. Our aim is to keep customers informed wherever possible to any order delays. We thank you for your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We will continue to watch this situation closely, with advice from the government and other relevant authorities and take any further action necessary.

Do you have a showroom?
As we are an Online Market Place, we do not have a showroom.

Can I track my order?
You can track your orders progress on the tracking page. If you have trouble tracking your order please go to your suppliers resource page and contact them directly.

How do I place an order?
You can pay online with most major credit or debit cards, including MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo, American Express or Style. Please note that we will never ask you for your card details via emails or pop-ups, or for any purpose other than placing an order on nrgstore.ie.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
When we receive your online order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you didn’t receive this don’t worry, contact our support team who will help you with your queries. firstname.lastname@example.org.
My order has not been confirmed, what do I do?
If you have not received your order confirmation, please do the following…
- Check your junk mail folder for any Homebase emails received
- Please contact your bank to see if payment has been taken.
- Contact us and our customer services will happily assist.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but if you sign up for an account on the checkout page you will have access to an account dashboard where you can:
- Review past orders
- Setup and change billing and delivery addresses
- Setup and change payment methods
- Change account details including email and passwords

What should I do if there is a problem with my delivery?
You are required to inform us of any damage within 3 days of receiving your order, please remember to open and inspect it carefully as soon as it is delivered. If you do notice any damage, you should:
Inform the delivery team of the damage before they leave your home.
Contact our Customer Service Team immediately at email@example.com
Do not use or move the item until the matter is resolved, to avoid further damage.\
