Our Pods/garden rooms are built using MFC structural grade light gauge steel frames wrapped in airtightness membranes, EPS and earth-wool insulation which minimises running costs keeping you warm and cosy all year round. We designed our Pods to create a place of beauty and functionality.

We plan solutions to meet the needs of our clients so they can Live, Work, Play and Study within the surroundings of their home. Being respectful of the earth’s resources is a priority for us, we have selected MFC light gauge steel frames as they are made from 80% recycled metals. The Pod Factory values include being sustainable and we are mindful of this when choosing our building materials.

We build our Pods with the same principles as steel frame houses and conveniently deliver to you in only 6 weeks (subject to site survey). The methods and products we use for the Pod foundations ensure that there is minimum disruption and inconvenience at your property. Our Pod Homes are called ‘Pods’ because they are permanent independent yet moveable structures, we call them ‘Home’ because it’s where you’ll love to live!
